The largest venue in the Indiana Memorial Union, Alumni Hall offers more than 5,000 square feet of flexible space filled with natural light, ideal for large-scale gatherings such as conferences, trade shows, banquets, concerts and gala events. The soaring ceilings and French Baroque-inspired pipe organ lend sonic and visual grandeur to the space. Pair Alumni Hall with the adjacent Solarium and Patio for expanded indoor/outdoor space that will accommodate up to 300 additional guests.

CHARTER ROOM

With a rectangular conference table that seats 14, the elegant Charter Room is a great choice for small meetings, as well as brainstorming and breakout sessions. It is located on the main level near the Tree Suites.

Located on the main level near the Tree Suites, the Distinguished Alumni Room features conference-style seating for 24, with additional seating around the perimeter of the room. Its proximity to the Tree Suites makes it a great conference office.
